ytd was the competition itself. im so glad. but morn was a total mess. reach there first thing was to filter the wasabi sauce. then i wan to improve my sauce to see if i can get the wasabi flavour but again fail. so looks like we're fated to cheat. haha. but ytd the time pass like very fast. everytime i look up it seemed to be half hour faster. oh no...then me n clar do our travel pack packaging n we realise it was not as sticky as it was suppose to be. ok nvm. so we use double sided tape hopefully it will stick. at first it really seem to be working. but we nv tot that it would leak. until bet told me. so i tried it out and true enough the sauce leaked out. uh oh. but no choice we already have to go off le.so we pack into plastic containers hoping it would not leak. but as u can guess, when its our turn to present the white surface turns partially brown le. so bz bz bz. lucky we brought along the double sided tape n extra packaging so we juz paste it on top. haha.ok back to before we go off. so wen lionel lau came to rush us, we were already bz trying to pack up and everything. then we realise we have to bring most of the things ourselves. but i tink our group had the most plastic bags to take along. we took olive oil, apple cider, salt, sugar, plates, bowls, vinegar, dropper and dono wat else. but most importantly is our wasabi flavouring. haha. so even lionel lau had to help us to carry. n i really feel like we're either gg camping in the mountains for few weeks or we're gg on a hol for a month. so wen we reach there, the chef brief us on how to use the stove and everything and how i wish i can use the main stove where the huge fire always come from. haha. then we realise something. they don have those normal household knives. they only have chopper to chop pork. so im suppose to use those choppers to cut garlic, onions tomatoe and ginger. so clever. but anyway time pass quite fast. so while we were cooking the new paper photographer took photos of us, reporter interviewed us, and camera man film us. so ppl rmb to buy the new paper ya?haha. then it was our turn to present our product. but we kinda screw up with the speech. but one ting for sure is that we made the judges cry. haha. coz juz a little of our wasabi sauce will make u tear. haha. but its nice lah of coz. especially the guy judge(he's the new paper's food reviewer).hahaha.so wen everything was over. PHEW! it felt so damn great. like finally something heavy was lifted off our shoulders. BUT we still got the expo thing to do which we need to redo our travel pack packaing. so work abit more then its over. yay! haha. =)
